Over my career, I have moved through a few changes. I originally started in the audio field, working as a freelance live sound engineer before moving into the live Audio Visual field. From there I spent quite some time in AV design for corporate and enterprise spaces.

Throughout this time I developed a passion for video conferencing in all senses of the term. A few years of managing and migrating VC infrastructure for a government body later, I landed a once-in-a-lifetime role in a highly acclaimed enterprise VC vendor.

I have a passion for Microsoft's Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, scheduling solutions, and more.

I understand that there is a unique transition occurring now from AV into UC. Therefore, this is why I am maintaining this space, to help those in the transition needing to understanding some of the finer intricacies of these technologies.
